With a Master of Computer Networking and Network Security from Charles Sturt University and certifications in Azure administration and Microsoft 365, I lead technical delivery across all client engagements. My experience spans infrastructure design, cybersecurity implementation, and Microsoft 365 environments for professional services firms, healthcare practices, and manufacturing businesses throughout Melbourne. I focus on practical security — Essential Eight implementation, Microsoft 365 hardening, Azure infrastructure, and incident response planning that works under real-world pressure. What do I do at Prexiam?

As Co-Founder and Technical Director, I lead the technical delivery across all client engagements. That means I am directly involved in Essential Eight assessments, Microsoft 365 security hardening, Azure migrations, and incident response planning for Melbourne businesses with 10 to 200 staff.

I believe security should be built into every managed IT environment from day one — not bolted on as an afterthought. Every client we onboard goes through a baseline security assessment, and every environment we manage is aligned to the ACSC Essential Eight framework.

What is my background?

I hold a Master of Computer Networking and Network Security from Charles Sturt University, which provides the technical foundation for the security and infrastructure work I lead at Prexiam. Combined with certifications in Azure administration, Microsoft 365, and ITIL, I bring both academic depth and hands-on experience to every engagement.

Before co-founding Prexiam, I worked in managed services environments where I saw firsthand the gap between what SMBs need and what most providers deliver — reactive support with no security baseline, no documentation, and no strategic planning.

Prexiam exists to close that gap. We deliver enterprise-grade IT and security to businesses that cannot justify a full internal IT department but absolutely need the same level of protection.

What do I specialise in?

My technical focus areas are:

• Essential Eight implementation — Assessment, remediation, and ongoing maturity management across all eight ACSC strategies
• Microsoft 365 security — Conditional access, MFA enforcement, DLP, sensitivity labels, and tenant hardening beyond default configurations
• Azure infrastructure — VM deployment, networking, identity management, backup, and cost optimisation for Melbourne businesses migrating from on-premises servers
• Incident response planning — Documented runbooks, tabletop exercises, and recovery procedures that work under real-world pressure

I work directly with business owners and IT decision-makers to translate technical requirements into business outcomes. Security is not about compliance checkboxes — it is about protecting the business you have built.
